We were able to host a family dinner and a brunch for 40 in this very comfortable home during our week at Seabrook. As the family of the bride we appreciated the open space and family friendly dining table. House is close to a beautiful pool and also close to the market. Great week - great house

We had a wonderful time! We absolutely love Seabrook and plan to visit at least 2-3 times/year. This was our third stay at Seabrook – have stayed at a 2 BR at the Atrium, a 2BR at High Hammock and then the two weeks at 3005 Village Island Road which worked out so well, giving us lots of space and the ability to bring our 12-year old lab. It is a great floor plan and much larger than the pictures portray. We enjoyed walking by the horses every day and it was nice to see the homes decorated in the neighborhood with Christmas lights. We would definitely rent it again, especially if we were bringing the dog! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming down again in the spring and next summer!

The home as well as being very close to the Lake House were what we enjoyed most. The home came with bikes which was very nice. We still needed to rent a few additional bikes but not a big deal. The kids loved the bike trails. I can’t just pick one thing we liked most! The pictures of the home were very nice. When we arrived at the actual property, it was even nicer. Lots of open space for all of us to be together. The kitchen/dining area were much bigger than expected. We seemed to have what we needed. Pots, pans, utensils, grill, games, movies, bedding, etc… very nice. We had a most wonderful time!

Everything was great. The house we stayed in, the weather, the tranquility of the island. We loved the beach club and beaches. The house we stayed in was great. A very beautiful home. We had pretty much everything we needed.

We would say that we most enjoyed our time at Seabrook Island walking on the beach, talking with the friendly locals and shopping in Freshfield Farms. (Not sure if I have the name of the village correct but shopping was great!) The island is truly a beautiful and peaceful place. Our accommodations were outstanding! The home offered everything needed in the kitchen for cooking and serving a meal whether it be for a party of 2 or 10. Each room in this lovely home was decorated in splendid colors and coastal theme. The front porch was large and was furnished with extremely comfortable seating. I would suggest to summer vacationers to bring their personal beach towels as I did not see any at the house. Would we return for another vacation??? Most definitely! Thanks for the splendid retreat!

What did you enjoy most about your Seabrook vacation? Being together after a long deployment to Afghanistan. The home is absolutely gorgeous. The website photos don't compare to the real deal! This is one of the best properties we have ever rented! CG is always thorough and expedient. Loved and used the "dog pen" in the huge basement/garage.
