We enjoyed getting the whole family together again in one location in a relaxing atmosphere. The weather cooperated and the house is very convenient to the beach and pool area. We had a WONDERFUL time and we hope to rent it again next year.

We had a wonderful time at Seabrook. The house was perfect, in fact I think the design is the best I have known in beach house accommodation. The house was well equipped and when you brought the iron which we needed for the wedding it was perfect. It has been easy communicating with you and your have been most helpful. I have thoroughly enjoyed your Southern hospitality.

We like having pool access and that the pool is ocean front. We were impressed with the renovations that Seabrook has undergone since the last time we stayed here. (Had spent the last three years at Kiawah.) We love the home renovations. As always we love the ability to walk to the pool and the views that this house offers.

We found this house and location to be great. Close to the outdoor pool and beach access (unless it is high tide). Great, un-crowded beach. This house is a great location in Seabrook. It is stocked much better than most rentals we have stayed in. The choice of decks to enjoy the ocean or golf course and sunset view is wonderful and unique on Seabrook I think.

Me and my 3 girlfriends from high school stayed at this house for a week. We are all in our 60's and had the Best Time Ever!! Everything you need is in the house, the pool's right across the street and the beach it was Awesome!! I am a former manager who worked for Marriott hotels for 20 yrs and this house 1 out of 10 was a 10 and then some!!! We had a blast, and the management company who booked us was Outstanding ask for Nancy!!! I highly recommend this house!!!! I hope to do this again next year!!!

It was a perfect Island for families. Easy access to the pools, beach, restaurants made it very enjoyable for us as parents and our children as well. I liked the fact you could essentially ride a bike anywhere if you felt like it. The house had a very nice layout, large common area and bedrooms for all on the sides of the common room. The property was clean and updated inside enough to give all the comforts we're used to. It wasn't the newest or fanciest property on the island, but it was clean and well kept. The location was outstanding! Nancy couldn't have advised us any better on the location of this property. You all have a beautiful little part of the world down at Seabrook/Kiawah. It was very enjoyable and relaxing. I wish I could take my family down every month for a week. They enjoyed every moment of the vacation from when they woke up to run out to the beach, to Biking, Swimming in the pools, the restaurants, the horses. Perfect place for families with youngsters.
