I have not been to Pelican Watch in over 30 years. It was so nice to be back and stay in a unit that was so clean, beautiful and well decorated. The pictures do not do it justice. So much space. We had our two kids 12 and 5 with us. Short walks down the boardwalk to the beach every morning to find seashells, many sand castles built, as well as 7 trips to the pool. We saw deer, dolphins and pelicans from the balcony along with sunsets right out of a movie. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

The condo was spotless when we arrived. It is more spacious and nicer than the pics show. Easy beach access and a wonderful surprise to get a sunset view on an East Coast island! Comfortable king-sized bed. As others mentioned, the kitchen was well-equiped. Spectacular water views from both inside the condo and the deck. Nice sandy beach with gentle waves.

We had a wonderful time and the condo was wonderful. We have stayed in many rental units in different locations and this kitchen was by far the best in having everything you would need.

Despite the rain, the rental was exactly what we needed. This was our first stay on Seabrook Island. It did not disappoint. The view from our rental was outstanding. Quiet is the best way to describe the whole setting. We were comfortable in the unit and it was furnished well. Based on this stay, we'll be back.

This was a lovely property for a get-away and relaxation .. The proximity to the beach was wonderful, the sunsets were out of this world- even on the few cloudy days. Although neighbors were all around us, it was quiet and private. The Condo was clean, an efficient and well equipped kitchen ,, The decor is updated , classic and comfy. The checking -in process was smooth and a welcomed breeze . We just can’t say enough good things about our stay and the property -especially after bad experiences with other properties and management companies in the past , but this was great overall and we will definitely visit again. Well done!
