Really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was wonderful. Very clean and the layout was perfect. What we enjoyed the most was the smell of the ocean air and the wildlife. The unit was fully appointed with everything we needed. I noticed that every other alternating ground floor apartment had a porch that offered better viewing due to being extended out. The other porches were recessed. Since we spent most of our time on the porch, I would have preferred a unit with an extended porch. Perhaps I missed something in the reservation. Basic Cable TV in the living room did not fit the TV. It went side to side but there was a couple inch black border at the top and bottom of the screen. We had a great time. Very relaxing. We did not realize though that after Labor Day, the restaurants drop to a 3 day a week schedule or are closed. Those that were open required reservations which went very quickly. Tried calling but nobody answered the phones to take reservations. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

The apartment was great. We arrived on a Monday. Tuesday there was apparently some renovation going on with the apartment above us. Probably my fault for not figuring out that after Labor Day the restaurants were only open 3 days a week, being after the summer season.; And those that were open those 3 days, required reservations which went quickly. We never got to eat lunch or dinner out. But all in all, it was an enjoyable week.

Easy access. The upstairs ppl were noisy late into the evening on Friday and Saturday .. not the owners fault .. just letting ppl know. In our opinion, new ones are needed .

The property we stayed in was perfect. We loved the location, and the villa was comfortable and tastefully furnished. We loved spending time with our family ina beautiful, relaxing setting. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. We did not use any of the other amenities. We felt the 5$ towel fee was unnecessary. We were also disappointed with the Pelican's Nest. The menu was very limited. Aside from the view and the convenient location, the restaurant offered very little. Coastal Getaways was extremelty helpful and professional in every way. Thanks again!!

Great place to stay, and loved having our 10 lb poodle with us. Very clean, had everything we needed--even beach chairs and umbrella. Is a bottom floor, so possible to have a little overhead noise, but nothing to really complain about. Location to the beach is perfect!
