The property was excellent. Although not on beach, it was perfectly located near a public walk without steps. The house was fully equipped and the kitchen was 5 star! I cannot think of a thing that the house didn’t provide. I would definitely rent again if ever in Seabrook with family.

Clean and well appointed property. Kitchen was large and more-than-adequately supplied with cooking implements. Appliances were up to date and all worked well. The house was very clean upon arrive (extremely important to us in COVID times). Very quick and easy access to the beach. Really the best VRBO property we have ever rented. Seabrook is an ideal family location. The beach was huge with very few people on it.

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at this property. The house is just a short 1/4 mile walk to beach and has many updates/upgrades. The open concept is great and can hold plenty of people. The island is fairly quiet and the house provided plenty of beach gear and 2 bikes which was great! We all enjoyed our time in Seabrook and Catesby's bluff!

My family and I shared a great week at this house! It's the perfect set- up for families, with the four bedrooms and four private bathrooms. The kitchen was huge and a beautiful space to gather. Location was great - walking distance to the beach (about half a mile). Would definitely stay here again!

Thank You for a great vacation/house at the beach. We were able to enjoy our trip due to the fact that most everything that we needed was provided at the house. We had a couple of questions that were answered very quickly. A question about turning on the overhead fans after we had turned off the wall switch and the remote control for the fans was mixed up with controls for other rooms. The discovery of the additional refrigerator downstairs was a treat. Maybe a note or 2 inside the main refrigerator that there is an additional refrigerator downstairs. One of the items that we found most helpful and useful were the bicycles in the garage, almost everyone in our party used them at one point or another. Although beach walk #2 was closed for repairs, beach walk #1 was still very close to the house. We were able to enjoy the beach and the house information book included other nature walks that we took advantage of while we were there. As for Covid-19 issues, we felt that the house was very clean and tidy. We appreciated all of the extras that this house had and the open feel of the living/kitchen and dining area was fantastic to enjoy family. We used the outdoor grill a couple of times and meant to buy you a new grill brush but time got away from us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home on Seabrook Island! It was even prettier in person, a super convenient walk to the beach, and the check in and check out processes were seamless.
