This property will not disappoint. The views out across the river where spectacular. I could sit in the sunroom for hours just watching the storms that rolled across, the birds, the alligators. It was beautiful. This condo is exactly as pictured and will exceed your expectations. Some of the best scenery of our entire trip was right in Seabrook. I would absolutely love to return!!

We loved Seabrook Island. The beaches were easy to access and not crowded. We saw frequent wildlife from the wandering deer, sea birds, raccoons and dolphins. The view from this home is amazing, and the condo is well stocked for a comfortable stay including beach chairs and kitchen gear.

Beautiful views, good central location to beach and pools. I was worried about going to a pet-friendly villa with carpeting rather than tile/hardwood floor, but was proved wrong in my worries as it was exceptionally clean. We rented a LSV which I would strongly recommend to families with children as it's fun and keeps sand out of the car. Enjoyed dinner at Pelican's nest, enjoyed the pools, like having ability to go to a busier (beach club) or quieter (lake house) pool depending on our mood. It took us a while to figure out where the neighborhood trash cans were, but not a big deal and probably says more about our observational skills than anything else.

Exceptionally clean, well-appointed. Good location with beautiful marsh views.

Villa was beautiful and the location made it easy to walk to the pool. And only a short drive to the beach.

Very nice place. Lovely patio for birdwatching. It was raining so we didn’t get much chance to explore but would definitely stay here again.
