Great stay and location. Very close and great location to the main clubhouse and pool! The accessibility of the community and having to pay through App/QR code isn't the most user friendly, but everything with the property itself was wonderful.

Our family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay at 2240 Rolling Dune and our time in Seabrook Island - we’ll be back. . The house was within walking distance to the beach and had a distant beach view - close enough to hear the ocean!

Excellent! Cozy, clean, great location and has just about everything you need and then some!

This condo is in the perfect location for our family of four. Steps to the best beach for finding shark teeth, a short walk to the pool and 2 restaurants, and the home had everything we needed. House was very clean and a very comfortable home away from home. Highly recommend!
