We really enjoyed our family time, the proximity to the golf course and the good weather. Location was unbeatable, especially for golf. My older son and I were working during the days, but it was so easy to slip out for 20 minutes on the driving range or chipping or putting areas because they were literally 1 minute’s walk away. The ocean view was also great. We enjoyed meals on the porch on warmer days and sunrises and sunsets (amazingly, because of the angle of the view we could see both from the upstairs deck.) Property was comfortable for my wife and I and our two adult sons.

We very much enjoyed our vacation. Seabrook is a calm and relaxing location. We got to spend a lot of time on the beach. The property was great. It matched the description and the location was excellent. It was clean and furnished to our expectations. I’m not sure there’s anything I would suggest you change. We were very happy.

Love the atmosphere of the island: residential, slow, wide beaches, lots of walking/biking opportunities. First, y'all should use the front photo of the property that shows the side deck. It was a great morning spot for us to watch all the walkers, dogs passing by and bikers. Love how close it is to the beach and the Pelican's Nest. The property is spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Had everything we needed in the house! Did not quite figure out how recycling was supposed to happen. It would be great if a separate bin was available in the house to facilitate this. When we had to call Lynn, the property manager, the first night we arrived due to a non-functioning thermostat on the first floor (it was actually locked), she did a great job of troubleshooting it and fixing it within 30 minutes. She's a gem! Also, I appreciated the xplorie option. We utilized it for bikes.

- perfect location to food and beach. Although, the closest beach access #8 is still closed. - responsive management: very helpful in preparing for the trip and were responsive when we had problems with the thermostat (resolved quickly). - loved the xplorie options for activities. We appreciated the free bike for the week. - lots of light in the home and lots to watch from the front porch. - do bring bug spray!!!!!!!!! Those critters are relentless. Thanks for making your home available to rent. It was a fantastic experience!

Hi Coastal Getaways Team, We loved the property 703 Spinnaker Beach House. The location was incredible. We had ocean views, almost 100% view of sunsets and were in great proximity to the beautiful pool and restaurant. The house was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed walking and biking the island, both on the road and beach. When we arrived at the gate, unfortunately the guard did not have our names on the guest list. This turned out not to be a problem as I had confirmation e-mails from your office. Also, when I called Coastal Adventures for my free bike, they did not have our name as well, again not a problem, just took a bit longer. We found the house well equipped with everything we needed except for a can opener. We had bought tuna for lunch and had no way of opening the can (we looked everywhere). Other than that the place was perfect! We hated to leave and can't wait to return!

Property had great location as far as access to the beach club and pool and beach club beach area. The only issue was the beach access across the street was closed all week. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Furniture and decor was awesome.
