We had a great spring break, the house was fantastic. The kitchen and amenities were top notch. The rental process was effortless and well organized.

The house really worked well for us; we are a family of eight and we require the four bedrooms. Location is minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean/beach or a pool, we used both several times. The nearby restaurants were perfect with local fares featuring seafood, barbecue, and so on. Charleston is only a half-hour drive to downtown for carriage rides, aquarium, and Fort Sumter. I would recommend this to any family with small kids. The bunk beds with the trundle worked really well for three little girls. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors were friendly and helpful. Go eat dinner at the Tattooed Moose for a fun night and good southern comfort food.

We wanted to let you know how much our family enjoyed our stay on Seabrook Island...it was perfect and they all want to come back!

The property was great and well stocked- the only suggestion I would have that maybe there should be a mini refrigerator on the bottom floor or on the screened in porch.

We felt like we were in someone's home, not their rental property. So many rental owners furnish their property with discards; this house had beautiful furnishings and decorations, as well as a well-stocked kitchen (even decent knives!). There were so many nice touches - a great wine opener, nice gas grill, beach chairs, bikes, etc. The marsh view was nice and the porch and sunroom were wonderful. We love Seabrook. The house, the feel of the island, etc. make this a new favorite spot. The only disadvantage, compared to other beaches that we visit, is the drive from the house to the beach. Members of our group normally come and go at different times and having to stay on the same schedule was inconvenient. Obviously, this is not something that you can change, but I just wanted to share that.

Serendipity caught us off guard as we sunk into this lovely Seabrook Island home for a three-day getaway. The four of us (two daughters ages three and five) found much to love in this immaculately kept charmer. It's fully furnished for cooking and relaxing, and close by to the beautiful beaches, fine food restaurants, and Seabrook Island Beach Club. Whether it was relaxing on the screened-in porch, riding bicycles on the quiet streets, walking along sparsely populated beaches (where there are tons of seashells), or relaxing, sans sleeping kids, for a late night movie on the HD TV, we were thoroughly happy and left in great spirits. We'll definitely return to this specially situated home. Kudo’s to the owners for sharing their find!
