This property is outstanding with incredible interior design. I really appreciate the two beds for the room so our family can sleep comfortably. Everything was super clean and location was perfect for beach front and close to the pool.

The property we stayed in (1345 Pelican Watch) was a great property. All instructions were conveyed properly- It was wonderful that this property included amenity card and a complementary bike. We truly loved the island. The property itself was very well-equipped and nicely decorated. It felt new and clean upon arrival. Thank you for the helpful service provided for our stay.

We’ve been coming to the island for the past 10 years and have stayed in some lovely places but this one is a gem! Just WOW! We almost purchased a villa a few years back (yes, still stings) and this is exactly how I envisioned doing it. The lighting, hardware, bathroom tile, FULLY stocked kitchen, fun glassware, plates, you name it. Perfectly organized and merchandised everywhere you look. Nice furnishings - the lush sofa blanket! Candles, fun napkins, coffee, small cooler, stocked desk…. So many extras, patio furniture (the chair on rollers! The fan that moves some air!), BEACH CHAIRS-3 different styles! Keyless entry on the back door, games, baskets to organize all your randoms, the dining room chairs! The dining room table! Love how they carried the same kitchen counter throughout the bathrooms. I love everything. Every space maximized and done well. The owners nailed it. Please let the owners know we love this place and they did it all perfectly in my book. I appreciated how every seating area had a designated drink landing with plenty of coasters to protect the surface. Easily accessible vacuum cleaner and broom for those of us that like to clean and what a thoughtful design with the curtains covering the outdoor chairs. I wish much success for the owners with good renters that take care of this place. We are loving our stay this year and I just booked our bike rentals. We loved that every little thing we needed was there... they thought of all the details, even down to coozies! The home was decorated beautiful and it was a lovely time for my family.

We've stayed at Pelican Watch 3 other times in other units and love the location. This unit was the best we've experienced-- both beautifully and comfortably furnished, and not a single thing lacking for comfort or convenience. Can't say enough good things about this property!
