This unit is beautifully decorated & has everything you could possibly want. There are great reading spots, & books & games are provided. The wifi was secure & reliable too. The garage parking & elevator were deciding factors to rent this property so you can unload/load your car out of the weather & the 2 shopping carts saved our backs & shortened the number of trips. The only downside is that you can't walk to the beach; you have to drive to a public beach access area. There is free parking on the island & the amenities are numerous. We loved the large outdoor pool at the Lake House.

This is the third time we have rented this property. It is surrounded by shade trees which really sets off the whole area. The rental is clean, beautifully appointed and well stocked in the kitchen area. It is a lovely .4 mile walk to the pool/beach complex. If there was any downside at all it would be the shower. It is really “tight” and dated. Other than that we have been more than pleased with all of our visits to 3017.

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It has everything you need. Beautifully decorated. Bathrooms need updating. We would go back.
