The villa was in a perfect location to the beach club, pool, dining, and golf club! Clean and newly renovated, the villa provided all the comforts of a home-away-from-home. Our only criticism (which is very minor) regards the shortage of window treatments, as both bedrooms have skylights/ceiling windows without any shades, and the large bedroom windows and sliding doors have thin curtains leading to early sunrise wake-up time during our vacation. Bring eye coverings if you plan to sleep in : )

Great Stay

The condo was that rare place that exceeded the ad. The view is spectacular and the location, which is adjacent to the golf club and across the street from the beach club and beach, is perfect. We also loved Seabrook Island and the nearby Kiawah Island, which are very different different but equally beautiful. The condo itself is typical rental neutral, with adequate furnishings and decor. My wife complained that it lacked some cooking utensils, etc., so you might want to bring some of your own. Nancy and her team were very communicative and welcoming. The check in process couldn’t have been easier as there is a keypad on the door. My wife left her AirPods behind and they found them and are returning them to her at their cost, which they certainly didn’t need to do. It shows how far they go to make it a pleasant experience. We talked with some owners while we were there and they spoke very highly of the Nancy and her team. My wife had a great experience with Renee. We will definitely be coming back and hope to get this condo again.
