We had a great stay at this property for two weeks in September. It has a great view of the 17th hole and good proximity to the beach access, pool, and golf complex. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking.

The cottage was as advertised. Property management team was responsive (we couldn't figure out the remote).

-New television instructions should be in the info book. -The house (bedrooms and new sunroom) moves and shakes back and forth like there are earth tremors quite often. We would recommend having a structural engineer evaluate this... at the very least I would imagine putting cross bracing back up on the piliings (looks like maybe it was removed at some point?) would be an improvement (?) -curtains in the dining area would be good -some sort of shade in the loft would help. It is very bright up there in the morning

Another great vacation on Seabrook Island! The house was perfect for our family with a cool loft for the kids to sleep. Really nice set up and all new furniture, which made it cozy. Great location on the Ocean Winds course too!

We really liked the property. Spent almost all of our time in the sunroom enjoying the view and new furniture. The kitchen worked well for a vacation rental - everything worked as expected. My family and I stayed here for a week and it’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at.
