We had a great week, with several cold days, but a few very nice days. The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. It was a little smaller than we expected, and did not have a table to eat at. Due to the cold we could not use the table on the porch. Also due to the cold, would be nice to have blankets. Other than that it was great and we enjoyed our week. The lock box was broken, but Nancy was great bringing us another key within 5 minutes. The reason for our visit was to learn about the island as we are considering retiring there. We were impressed with the amenities, and when the weather was nice it seemed to be an active community. We played golf, tennis and walked the beach. We went to the Friday Happy Hour, which was great. Only concern was there was only one restaurant open, but heard this was due to Covid and trouble hiring staff.

We had a fantastic time at Seabrook. Loved the location. Next to the club house, golf course, and beach. The condo was great. Very comfortable. Everyone had a fun time including our dog at the beach.

Property had everything we needed and the location was great! Loved being close to the beach.

The location was fantastic, just across the street from the pools, beach chairs, and beach club. These features were not expected, and were a fantastic addition to our stay.

Everything was wonderful! We had a great trip and would love to stay there again in the future.

This was the perfect getaway for our Fall Break. Everything about the experience was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.
