We came to stay for 10 days, about 2 days into our stay the AC compressor went out. Nancy, the property manager, was amazing and was very quick to answer every time. They gave us two options: the first one was to move into a different rental, but we would have had to cut our trip short by two days or to continue staying in the very warm house with some of our stay refunded. We chose to stay in the same rental as we only planned on being in the house to sleep. Nancy was kind enough to send us over some fans to help cool the house down. Other than the AC going out, the rest of the property was very nice! We had no issues (:

Seabrook Island is amazing and I'm so thankful we were able to visit this magical place. The homes are great and the service provided by Coastal Getaways was excellent. We had some unexpected delays and the team was very accommodating and helpful. We can't wait to return.

This property was everything that they listed. It is very close two of the pools and gym. The beach and third pool are. Short drive away. Area is quite and very family oriented. I saw lots of wildlife and watched beautiful sunsets on the back deck. It is also a short drive to Charleston if you want a little night life. I definitely plan to go back.

This was an exquisite property! The marsh views are everywhere! Beautiful welcoming gifts and great service! It was soooo nice to be able to have the dogs with us. After all they are part of the family. There were a couple of hiccups that were quickly addressed, and some squirrels trying to join the fun. We were told it was being addressed. Great property!

The property was perfect for our adult family to get away after being cooped up with quarantine. Secluded, quiet, peaceful, roomy. I would say. I really enjoyed the location and the decor. Sunroom was perfect for morning coffee and deck was great for sunsets and family board games. Thank you for having us. I hope to return soon

I would say, we didn’t t realize our sons would have to walk through our bedroom to get to theirs. The bunk beds are more suitable for children. I really enjoyed the location and the decor.
