This property was booked for a spring break trip for my son. He and my husband are golfers and wanted someplace relatively warm (we are from the Midwest) and close to multiple courses. They played 3 times in 6 days and this spot was perfect distance between all the courses. The property was unique in its layout of 3 floors, but we liked it and it had everything we needed. We would definitely rent again.

Our family of 4 visited Seabrook during the week after Christmas and had a wonderful visit. The villa was beautiful! It exceeded our expectations. The view from the deck was amazing. The best place on Seabrook to watch the sunset. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much at 1710. Having the screen porch closed in was a nice change increasing the size of the living area. All the windows enhanced the BEAUTIFUL view. Bathrooms were accommodating for us also. Kitchen was up to date. Grill and beach chairs were unexpected but greatly appreciated. LOVE the keyless door. One less thing to keep up with. Thanks again for another great stay! A dolphin showed up the last morning of our stay near the dock, to feed. So fun to watch from the living area! Wished for my binoculars...

This property is extremely clean, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable. The views of the marsh are fantastic, especially sunset. Our kids loved the property. Seabrook Island is beautiful. Great beach, great pools, and the Pelican's Nest restaurant has good food, drinks, and views. Highly recommend.

The perfect vacation home. Well appointed and modern this space greatly optimizes it’s smaller floorplan. We adored the location and views that can’t be beat. Everything at Seabrook is always easy. From Bike drop off to the amenities, it’s the ideal vacation - especially if you don’t want to rent a car.
