We love visiting Seabrook, and this home is perfect for a family vacation. It’s about one mile from the club and pool, and about two miles from the fitness center. It’s a nice short walk or bike ride to the beach. The home has brand new appliances, a beautiful view of hole 2 on Crooked Oaks, and is on a quiet cul de sac. We love staying here and return year after year!

Very nice place with great views of the golf course from the huge porch

We enjoyed our stay at 1135 Summerwind. It was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils, cookware, etc. All linens and towels were like new. The location within Seabrook is good for getting to golf and the ocean. The screened porch is very nice and comfortable and we liked that it faced the golf course (as opposed to some porches that face other cottages). All in all, we had an excellent stay and highly recommend the cottage.

Overall great experience with this rental home. Layout worked well for one adult couple and 3 teenagers. We love the Summerwind location and enjoyed biking everywhere. Kitchen was well-equipped and home was nicely furnished. Only wish that the ceiling fans on the porch had a higher speed.

The house was wonderful! We enjoyed our getaway very much. You all offer excellent customer service.
