Pelican Watch is the only place we ever stay on Seabrook. We love it here and this condo did not disappoint. Very clean, and nicely decorated. The location cannot be better.

This cozy Pelican Watch villa has been very nicely updated. It was spotlessly clean and a great location to walk on the beach and enjoy everything Seabrook Island has to offer.

We had a very nice stay at 1385 Pelican Watch Villas. It is a lovely condo with one of the best views we’ve experienced – especially of the sunset. We appreciated the wonderful customer service provided by Coastal Getaways.

We loved staying at Seabrook Island. We especially liked the close proximity to the beach and being able to bring our dog with us on vacation. The property we stayed in was comfortable. It was just enough for my husband and I. The lock on the back deck to the outside did not lock. We liked the beach access that had the boardwalk all the way down to the beach. It would be nice if all of the accesses were like that.
