Beautifully updated condo with spectacular marsh views. Would absolutely stay again.

We have been to Kiawah island many times but this was our first time staying on Seabrook. It was absolutely our favorite vacation on the island to date. The weather was perfect the island was perfect and all the amenities. Working with the Coastal Getaways Team was seamless and a very pleasant experience.This villa at 2105 Bay Point Villa was exquisite. The layout, the decor and all the amenities were beautiful. It was perfectly located for what we like to do, close bike ride to Bohickett and Fresh Fields and the beach. It checked all of our boxes of needs and wants. It was clean, beautifully decorated, the marsh views were amazing all day everyday. We can't wait to come back and it will be at the top of our list each and every year that we visit. I wish I could call this villa my permanent home, but happy to be able to vacation and rent this beautiful property.Everything was communicated well from Coastal Getaways and when I had questions I was able to call or find them in the information binder.

The property was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Our party consisted of three women from ages 62 to 76. The website did not accurately describe the three sets of narrow, steep exterior stairs in order to access the property. We had 3 large suitcases to get up those stairs. Fortunately, there was a worker nearby who very kindly helped with our luggage. We were able to set up help for our departure through the property manager but never were able to get it finalized until the day before our departure. It made for a few days of worry about how we were going to manage the luggage down the stairs. Other than that, the property and stay was wonderful.

We absolutely love this unit. The views are unparalleled! Everything is modern, comfortable and up to date. We love the proximity to the marina and our boat. We have several favorite properties on Seabrook Island and flex up or down depending on our family needs. 2105 Bay Pointe will be on the top of our list for future visits.
