I really enjoyed my visit to Seabrook. It was very easy to come into the community by car. Once I arrived at 767 Spinnaker, it was easy to use the combination lock to access the key and enter. Everything inside was very tidy and the home is completely furnished. I liked the lack of clutter in the kitchen, although it was fully stocked with utensils and pots, pans, etc. The coffee maker was on the counter. All of the appliances were easy to use, including the washer and dryer. The living room and dining area are spacious, and the furniture is very comfortable. I especially enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch off of the kitchen. It was cozy, and easy to bring food from the kitchen to eat out there. The bedroom on the main level has two queen size beds that are very comfortable. The bathroom off of this bedroom has all that is needed. Towel sets were on the bed, and enough of them to serve 4 guests. Upstairs, the master bedroom is really spacious, with a king size bed that is very comfortable. Again the towels were ready to be used in the bathroom that is off of this bedroom. There are 2 decks off of this upstairs bedroom for sitting. I loved the proximity to the beach, and to the main road that takes you to the cafe, restaurants, pool and beach area. It was less than 5 minutes biking and a little over 5 if walking. I don’t play golf but did get in a couple of games of pickle ball at the courts. Most of the amenities at Seabrook are closed for the season, but a bike was provided to get around. Also, there is a nice shopping center right outside of the complex, a marina, and restaurants of different cuisine. Each day I went to a different walkway to the beach, saw dolphins, and the beach is expansive and private. I I was totally impressed with my stay at Seabrook and at 767 Spinnacker. I did find the binder at the entrance table helpful for anything I needed, WIFI access, etc. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant.
