This property was perfect for my husband and me and our two teenage daughters. The location was great and we used our Amenity card daily to have access to the Beach club and pools. I definitely recommend renting bicycles for the week to navigate the island. The house was clean and well furnished and in a great location.

770 Spinnaker was the Perfect place for our Vacation. We've been visiting Seabrook for over 30 years now and sure hope this property is available the next time we visit. Thanks for providing such a nice Home for our stay.

Absolutely loved it! The Beach club, wildlife, and just a quiet getaway with family. There was heavy rain before we arrived. The deck and balcony cushions never dried out for us to sit on the entire stay even thou we laid them out in the sun.

The two Agusta couples enjoyed our stay and unit — 770 Spinnaker. Our unit was very modern and it felt like home! The amenity card was a plus. We enjoyed the pool, beach, Pelican Nest and golf. We really enjoyed the nature and wildlife surrounding the property. Beach Club was a favorite.

The first asset of this beach house is the location. It is well within the Seabrook Island Resort on a quiet lane. The unit backs up to and overlooks the 18th tee giving it a wooded and serene view. It is within easy walking distance to the beach, pool, golf clubhouse and several places to eat and shop. Secondly, the interior design is very functional. The unit is well laid out with the floor plan offering spacious living quarters for our family of five. Bedrooms are located on two levels offering privacy and quiet. The beach themed décor is carried throughout the unit giving you a sense of calm. The furnishings are very comfortable and of much higher quality than you find in a typical rental. The unit it well appointed with supplies and kitchen essentials. Lastly, I was impressed upon our arrival that the unit was very clean making us feel comfortable for our stay.
