This was our 4th trip to Seabrook Island and the location of this rental was great. The property is directly across the street from the beach and the pool and right next to the golf course. The deck is large and comfortable with a great view. Although the kitchen is a little small, the bedrooms are large and comfortable and each had their own bathrooms. The air conditioning worked perfectly and we never had to touch it. We'd stay here again.

We LOVED Seabrook. It was wonderful to walk to the beach/pool/Pelicans Nest. It was like being at a resort. The beach was gorgeous and never too crowded. The property we stayed in was great and very clean. The bedding was very nice quality for a beach rental. The sheets were soft and comfortable. It needs some more hooks in the bathrooms to accommodate not hanging towels outside. We struggled to figure out what to do with all of our towels. The only other issue we had was very noisy upstairs neighbors, but what can you do? The amenities were great, however we wish that takeout had been available from more than just Pelican’s Nest. We had pretty limited food/take out options nearby even off the island too. The pool was always overcrowded which was frustrating. It also basically became a bar for the adults by noon with lots of kids not being attended to. I think maybe lifeguards would be a good idea during busy season for this reason. Overall we had an amazing trip and can’t wait to come back again! We were very happy with the service from Coastal Getaways!

The property was clean and as described. Can’t beat the location with an ocean view and walkable to all of the amenities (Pelicans Nest, Seabrook Shoppe, Pool). My husband, our three little ones and I had a wonderful week here. Looking forward to coming back!

Seabrook Island is a hidden treasure. Between the beaches, the pool, and the other club amenities, it's an ideal vacation for our young family. With our toddler, the pool and poolside restaurant are where we spend a lot of time. We have found both very enjoyable. The unit we stayed in was very clean, nicely decorated, and had all of the essentials needed for a week's stay. We were only missing trash bags, which Coastal Getaways promptly brought us. In addition, the location was ideal and the ocean view was lovely from the very large patio. Due to bad luck, however, during our stay we had upstairs neighbors who were very active until the early hours of the morning (2-3AM), which woke our toddler up more than once in the nights we stayed at the unit. They even seemed to get into screaming-type arguments, of which we could hear each word through the floors. Should we stay in the Atrium Villas again, I would not stay in a lower floor unit. While the unit was lovely, I would not recommend a first floor unit to anyone that potentially is a light sleeper or has young children whose sleep could be interrupted. I would love to know more about the other amenities (specifically dining) open to non-member Amenity Card holders. We ate at the Pelican's Nest restaurant and the Osprey Cafe, but were unsure if there were any other options available for us to use. Thank you for another great trip to Seabrook Island! It was our fourth year coming to stay, and we will likely be back next year.

There are many positives with the Atrium Villa we stayed in. It, of course, is in a convenient location. Additionally, the Villa was nicely appointed. I like that each bedroom has two queen beds. We also found the digital door lock to be very convenient.

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay on Seabrook Island!! The island was so secluded and it was truly a getaway from city life! The amenities offered were perfect for us. We enjoyed swimming in both pools and spending time on the beach!! The Atrium villas were in a perfect location to the beach.
