Seabrook Island is a hidden treasure. Between the beaches, the pool, and the other club amenities, it's an ideal vacation for our young family. With our toddler, the pool and poolside restaurant are where we spend a lot of time. We have found both very enjoyable. The unit we stayed in was very clean, nicely decorated, and had all of the essentials needed for a week's stay. We were only missing trash bags, which Coastal Getaways promptly brought us. In addition, the location was ideal and the ocean view was lovely from the very large patio. Due to bad luck, however, during our stay we had upstairs neighbors who were very active until the early hours of the morning (2-3AM), which woke our toddler up more than once in the nights we stayed at the unit. They even seemed to get into screaming-type arguments, of which we could hear each word through the floors. Should we stay in the Atrium Villas again, I would not stay in a lower floor unit. While the unit was lovely, I would not recommend a first floor unit to anyone that potentially is a light sleeper or has young children whose sleep could be interrupted. I would love to know more about the other amenities (specifically dining) open to non-member Amenity Card holders. We ate at the Pelican's Nest restaurant and the Osprey Cafe, but were unsure if there were any other options available for us to use. Thank you for another great trip to Seabrook Island! It was our fourth year coming to stay, and we will likely be back next year.
