We had a wonderful visit with family in the area and had time to roam the beaches and relax on the open porch and patio. Teens loved the lofted upstairs. Easy and chill. Liked the no fuss approach to the furnishings.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay! The house was well equipped with everything we could’ve needed. The updated kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the location of 502 Tarpon Pond! Short bike ride to pool/beach access and Pelican's Nest!! Although the course was under renovation it's a beautiful golf course view off the screened in porch!!

Everything was as described in listing. Seabrook is very quiet in the winter months. The couch in the living room is more like patio furniture and very uncomfortable. Be certain to find out early about the Seabrook amenity card, including all fees, etc. King bed was comfortable.

Great property. Very nice shower. New appliances.. great location..comfortable and cozy.. will be back for sure.
