We absolutely loved the house and environment. The house was way more than we expected and will definitely recommend. The price of the house was incredible meaning very good price. Thanks so much for making the whole process a piece of cake, we had no issues at all and every thing we could possibly need was in the house.

We found the property exactly as depicted on the website and found the condo to be comfortable, “cozy” and clean. The only thing we found missing from the kitchen accessories was a pizza cutter. Unfortunately, due to our advancing age and the number of stairs at this location we would probably not rent this condo again. This is not a reflection on the condo itself but only on us! We have rented on Seabrook many times over the years and would rate this particular condo at the top of our list. Thanks again for the ease of the check-in and check-out procedures. We will definitely book through your agency in the future and recommend you to our friends and family.

We had a great relaxing enjoyable visit!! The upper deck over looking the pond was our favorite spot—early morning coffee and late night star gazing! Thank you for sharing your villa with us!

overall great experience given the location near the beach and small pond views from all decks of the house. One thing to consider, please provide access to the beach chairs. Unless you buy them, it is a bit inconvenient to figure out your options once you are there.
