Clean, peaceful, wonderful villa! Loved seeing the dolphins and deer from our balcony! Very comfortable accommodations!

Accommodations were great. Clean, inviting, sufficient. Surf immediately outside the rentals was too tame -- almost like a pond. However, the oceanside beach area near the pools was fine and nearby. There were good restaurants and shops within an easy ride, to include Kiawah Island. Only complaint: there seemed to be sketchy internet service throughout the day.

Condo was nice.Beach walk was wonderful, did not use any of the other amenities.

The location was wonderful and the condo was beautiful.

Great property. On top floor. Stairs to consider for unloading. We loved view and the property was beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed. Great to have 2 bathrooms and showers as adult kids joined us for a beach day.

Very nice condo right on the beach - top (2nd) floor almost on the end of the strip of Pelican Watch Villas - very quiet. Walking distance to restaurants (through neighborhood or down the beach). Close proximity to Bohicket's Marina/shops. Unobstructed water views. Lovely decor. Club access (required for pool/restaurant/amenities) fees not included with rental. We like the fact that Seabrook Island is only accessible through a security gate to renters and owners on the island. Beautiful walkable/bikeable neighborhoods filled with live oak trees covered in Spanish Moss.
