The condo was clean on arrival. The furniture is sturdy and the appliances all work. There is a keurig and a small brew pot. The neighborhood is well kept and very clean. The weather was beautiful our entire stay. We saw dolphins playing in the water behind the condo and deer in multiple places on the grounds. Watch out for the seagulls. They snatched food out of my hand on the beach. I definitely recommend staying here.

The condo was just as described. Clean, comfortable and had a fantastic view. It was very quiet and had a short walk to the beach. I would have no problem coming back here.

Overall a good place to stay for one couple being close to the beach. We stay in the pelican watch often and this was one of the more put together places. It could use a deep clean, but overall was nice to stay in

We really enjoyed the villas and of course the beach and animal friendly environment. 2 dogs was great.
