Happy New Year!! We had a wonderful, wonderful week and just loved this spinnaker. Perfect for our Scout / lab and location great- so close to beach which was nice. It had everything we needed and kitchen well stocked. We also are interested in a really nice 3 bedroom pet friendly for this summer- so if you have some units in mind that would be fabulous. We may even rent it for 2 Weeks. Here’s to 2021 and thanks again for a great stay at Seabrook! You all are fabulous to work with.

We love Seabrook. This was our 2nd visit and it may become our permanent beach spot. Our villa was fine for us. Not the most plush accommodations but we like to bring our little dog and I know people don’t want to rent out a really new or recently renovated place to pet owners. Our dog is great but you never know what might happen. It was fine for just me and my husband and dog. We would stay there again. Loved that it was so close to the ocean and pool. House was nicely supplied. Didn’t do without anything. Overall it was a great trip and we were pleased with the Spinnaker. Already looking forward to our next trip.

Villa was nice. Not the most updated but is great if you want to bring a pet. It was furnished with everything we needed. Location is good, close to beach and pool. The electrical plugs in the upstairs bathroom were not working had to plug my hairdryer in the bedroom. No big deal, I'm sure they will have that fixed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Home was wonderful, clean, comfy and just a short walk to beach. Really appreciated that we could bring our fur baby with us! Only downside was the beach. No waves like a typical beach. The small island in front of the beach kept the water calm, but I still loved the time we spent on the beach. Regardless I would definitely come back. A lovely, peaceful place to stay!

Great condo perfect for our family of four. Huge windows, very pleasant and easy all around. 5 minute walk to beach via walk #9. Love Seabrook! I saw sea turtle hatchlings (!), dolphins, and herons, osprey, egrets, pelicans...We enjoyed bike riding on the beach - Seaside Cycles delivered bikes to the condo before we arrived and picked up after we left.

We love this beach house. We are close to everything. Quick walk straight to the beach makes it easy to take chairs, tent, etc. without loading up a car. We can see the ocean from the bedroom. Saw dolphins everyday, saw sea turtles and a manatee!
