Perfect. Close to the water. Beautiful sunsets across the bay. House was clean and comfortable. We love the peace and quiet. That’s the big reason we don’t come in the summer. The fall weather is usually so nice and only a few people. You can walk a mile on the beach and only pass 2 or 3 people. We didn’t use any amenities. My wife and I just enjoyed the time to ourselves. Didn’t even turn on the television.

I had a wonderful time & had everything I needed. The only issue I had was the refrigerator was frozen over when I arrived. I saw that it was on highest temperature so I set it to normal & lifted the ice maker rack to off & it seemed to fix the problem. I did report it to the maintenance number on fridge. But in all it is a beautiful place and I would rent it again.

The Pelican Nest villa was more than we could have hoped for. Clean, well stocked, and the location to the beach and amenities was awesome! We biked the island, played golf, and swam in the club pool! It was great! That being said, the sunsets, either from the deck or right on the beach were amazing! A slice of heaven! This is the place to be for a coastal vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location and dog friendly beach were the highlights. The unit was very nicely equipped but not updated. That was known going in so no surprise.

This property is in a great location and very well equipped. This unit has not been extensively updated but in all other respects made for a great stay.
