We had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration with family. The house was tastefully decorated and very well stocked. Would definitely return to this area and house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this beautifully decorated, well maintained and immaculate home. It is very spacious and is perfect for entertaining family and friends. Its proximity to the ocean, white sandy beaches, pools, tennis, golf, shops, restaurants, and wildlife is unsurpassed. Seeing dolphins strand feeding at low tide and being in the vicinity of all the flora and fauna was unexpected and exciting. We highly recommend this townhouse; the owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.

We had a great stay and a wonderful time and always enjoy this property. We would love it if there were TVs in every bedroom. The only other thing we would have liked on our stay was a muffin tin in the kitchen. Otherwise, we felt the property was perfect. The house was in perfect working order. The property is well maintained and very clean which is very important to me and the reason we return to this property yearly. One of our favorite things to do at Seabrook is biking on the wonderful bike paths. We had a great stay.

Last spring I stayed at 3002 Saltmarsh on Seabrook. We had such a wonderful time. The house is in a wonderful location, immaculate and charming. We loved that you could walk to shopping and eating. My husband would bike to tennis and to workout. The big plus, so many places to eat on the water. The grandchildren loved the pool right there. I would recommend.

That’s the word our daughter-in-law used in describing this townhome. We found the home to be very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with any item or utensil needed for preparing meals. There was an abundance of towels for our use. The floor plan afforded both convenience for family time and privacy for all when desired. The kids (and adults) found their own personal space for reading, games, or play time. The elevator was a blessing for loading and unloading to each level…..no carrying luggage, groceries, or other items up and down stairs. A special “thank you” to the owners for providing the beach cart which we loaded with towels/toys and rolled to the community pool which was so very close to this unit. The pool was absolutely wonderful! In fact, we never made a trip to the lake house or beach club pools. We loved this location near the front of the island!!! There was such ease in getting on and off the island during this busiest July 4th week. From the pier, we had the thrill of watching dolphins as they ‘fished’ Horseshoe Creek. Sunsets over the marsh and creek were spectacular! Lastly, we cannot praise Nancy Buck and her team with Coastal Getaways enough. They were in touch with us throughout the entire process from reservation to check-out. The communication of information was with great ease, complete, and conveniently shared!
