We along with our dog and two other couples had a WONDERFUL 4th of July at this condo. The home is light and airy inside with lots of kitchen extras, comfortable beds, and a nice entertainment center (stereo, ipod dock, tv, etc). One couple shared the room with twin beds--we just pushed them together. The other two couples were each in the two masters. We used their bikes and took them all over Seabrook. We also enjoyed the small neighborhood pool as well as the bigger pool at the Seabrook Island Club (the condo comes with an amenity card so you can get into the big pool). Also loved grilling out! The beach is a bit of a hike. Not too too far, but it might have felt far if we'd had lots of little kids and kids beach gear. It is approximately one quarter mile from the condo out of the sea loft "community" to the start of the board walk and then one quarter mile down the board walk to the sand. (Seabrook Island beach walkways are all long!). But the beach was worth it! Seabrook beach is gorgeous and even with it being 4th of July weekend it was not very crowded. Nancy (the owner) was wonderful--we booked with short notice and it was easy. I filled out a form and emailed it back to her and then we were given a punch code to get the front door key out of a lockbox. We HIGHLY recommend this condo!
