Very enjoyable Fall Break. Great location, short walk to the beach. We truly enjoyed watching dolphins and riding bikes during sunrise. The kitchen was very well stocked. It was important to us during virus since we ate at the house all the time. The host gave very clear and detailed instructions. We are absolutely coming back.

The beauty of the island is incredible. We also enjoyed Pelican’s Nest and being able to dine while watching the ocean. This is a wonderful property with great views of wildlife and and the 18th hole on Crooked Oaks Course. You can watch both from the big windows and balconies. Thank you for everything your team does to make each stay a wonderful get away.

Seabrook Island has become our new favorite beach destination in South Carolina. The lushness of the island, the natural setting with no high-rise buildings, beautiful shoreline and Spanish moss-covered tree-lined roads all make for a peaceful, inviting get-away. The villa is an easy, 5 minute walk to the Beach Club where we enjoyed the pool and relaxing on a chaise chairs under the billowy canopies. The club’s sandy beach area with chairs and umbrellas is a nice alternative to the actual beach. Bike riding around the island was our favorite activity along with walks on the beach with our dog (love that this villa is pet friendly but doesn’t smell or look like pets have lived there). It was fun seeing the equestrian group riding on the beach in the early mornings and several days we spotted dolphins swimming near the surf. The villa itself is tastefully decorated and well appointed. The owners have taken care to think of many details which will make their guests comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the den overlooking the 18th hole of the golf course and the lagoon where we watched the alligator and cranes move about. There was a beach access across from the Spinnaker entrance as well as the access just beyond the Beach Club. A few times we also drove to other access points where the beach was wider. All in all, a wonderful stay at this lovely villa and island!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stays on Seabrook Island. It is still somewhat of a quiet place, not commercialized, no hotels, just private homes and villas. We like the fact that it seems to still be a little hidden gem. :) We have stayed on Wild Dunes in Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island and Kiawah Island, but Seabrook Island is by far our favorite. 725 Spinnaker was a great property for us. I have two boys, and we travel with our dog. The rental unit was pretty clean when we arrived. The layout was good and worked for us. The WiFi worked great as my husband and I both had to work a little bit online during our stay. Plenty of space for people to spread out and have their "own space." As for information, I feel that you all provided me with great details of everything we needed. I even called down to your office before our departure to touch base regarding SC and Seabrook Island COVID restrictions, etc., and your staff was very open with information on where things kind of stood at that point. It would be nice to have a laundry basket in both bedrooms to put dirty laundry and towels in rather than having to just throw them on the floor. Also, since we travel with our dog, we like to vacuum frequently to keep the sand and dog hair picked up. The vacuum cleaner in this unit could use an upgrade. It is pretty small and doesn't do a great job.
