Nice quiet place in beach.

As a previous homeowner on Seabrook (2631 Seabrook Island Road 2001-2011) and always a devoted annual guest, I don't believe that there is any place like Seabrook! North Beach is so exceptional and it's different each time we visit. The dolphins never fail us!! Pelican Watch offers an entirely different beaching experience and views. The low country cuisine is the best!! And the people. It is all rolled up into one spectacular island and area. I secured 1346 Pelican Watch for our 8-day stay. Also a lovely property! The view is perfect, furnishings comfortable. One of the things that make 1346 Pelican Watch so delightful is how organized the kitchen is! Whoever cleans/maintains that property takes great effort to keep everything organized very well. As someone who cooks a lot, it is so nice to have things in logical places. For example mixing bowls organized from fancy serving bowls, all pots and pans with lids together, etc. I had to organize a bit for my own convenience. Looking forward to staying at this property again next year. Hopefully, COVID will not interrupt our travels plans!

Excellent communication with Nancy and her team. We had a small appliance malfunction which her team promptly resolved. No complaints!!!

We had a wonderful time on Seabrook Island. Coastal getaways did a wonderful job making sure we had all the information we needed to make this an amazing vacation. They informed us of parking passes, groceries, bike rental, restaurants, you name it. We would not rent from anyone else. The property itself is very well maintained, it is one of the largest 3 bedrooms we have ever rented. It is incredibly comfortable and has everything you will need. The kitchen is well stocked in order to prepare a family meal. Some people put in reviews they were concerned about the air conditioning, we had no problems. The beach is easily accessible, but make sure you visually mark were to return to the walk way, it could be a little confusing. It is very convenient to the club and pool area, my grandchildren loved it. The only thing we would change are the door locks, a little cumbersome when caring bags, but that won’t stop us from returning. Loved it.

We loved all of the amenities and the ability to bike to so many places. We loved the pool and beach set up. The Pelican Watch Villa was wonderful. Our accommodations were so nice and had everything we needed. I like that the lockbox outside contained an extra key so we never had to worry about getting locked out. The house was very well stocked! Thank you so much for all your help beforehand. Our first impression of Seabrook was so great, and we look forward to returning for a longer stay.
