We had a wonderful time at Seabrook! This was our third visit but our first stay at this property. It is beautiful! So well stocked and decorated. Thoughtful touches like nightlight’s. It was so easy to take our Yorkie for a walk just a few steps out of the villa. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We loved our stay at Pelican Watch Villas! The villa was so well stocked, there were even night lights. The furniture and decor are lovely. We would definitely stay here again. The location with the boardwalk and grassy area were perfect for taking the dog for a walk. We also appreciated the excellent communication from Coastal Getaways.

My husband and I had a perfect getaway. The property was everything we hoped it would be. The back porch is right at the boardwalk to the beach, and best of all we were able to bring our dog. We got to see the dolphins right along the beach on multiple occasions. I didn't realize the kitchen was as fully stocked as it was, which made cooking easy when we stayed in. And there was even firewood for a beach fire which we did on our last night. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We simply love Seabrook Island and 1391PW!! Over the course of the last 4 years, it's become our calm, sweet oasis and we hope to return each year for as long as is possible!! The views are simply stunning and the beach is fabulous! For the most part, it was extremely quiet during our stay this year and the whole experience was relaxing!! We LOVED that Seabrook Club did a Dogtober Pool get together while we were here, and that our labradoodle, Skye, got to participate. She enjoyed jumping in the pool and playing with other dogs (the pool was going to be drained for the year and that allowed doggies to enjoy it before doing so ---people brought bags of dogwood to be donated to Humane Society). THE only problems we had with the unit were that the dryer needed repeated uses in order to get clothes dry (something's up with it???), and the Wi-Fi seemed spotty. We got our iPhones connected, but our Skye's Whistle (which uses wifi) struggled some.....and my MacBook Pro would never connect to the Wifi (I've NEVER had problems with it anywhere before?!?!?) ---and some times it seemed the Wifi would cut out on my hubby's phone. It's ok as we aren't tied completely to our devices, but just a note that it could be a problem for someone who is more tied to internet. We LOVED the new TV's and decor.......TV's were much easier to utilize and enjoy!!

Just wanted to take a minute to say how much we enjoyed our stay on Seabrook. We loved the convenience of beach access, and the fact that at this time of year there wasn’t a crowd on the beach. Being able to see beautiful sunsets from the villa, or the beach, while also being able to see sunrises at a spot just a mile from the villa was perfect for us. We recently switched our home TV to YouTube TV and being able to use that was an unexpected bonus. Overall the villa was comfortable and nice. Thanks again! You do a superb job of communicating and making renting easy!

We loved the villa and location!! Sunsets from the deck were spectacular. Sunrises were a short trip down the beach via foot, bike or car. The dog friendly beach was the best we have experienced. This time of the year the beach was not crowded and being able to take the leash off for play time was wonderful. The management company was very helpful with information before and during our visit. The Villa was clean and nice. The smart TV allowed us to use our streaming apps which we enjoyed. Overall it was a spectacular experience!! And we had the bonus experience of witnessing dolphins strand feeding on the north end of the beach.
