View of the golf course is terrific. Nice large deck for family gatherings (we had 8 adults and 7 grandchildren) and being on the 2nd floor we had a solid roof overhead when it rained. A little noisy when the golf course greens are being maintained first thing in the morning, but it doesn't last long. This is our 2nd time renting here - we like it better than the ocean-side views.

We appreciated the careful and attractive decor touches of 2903 Atrium Villa. Noteworthy were wall coverings: paintings, mirrors, bed linens and coverlets, glassware, the large and wonderful dining table and the primary bath. Also, the mattresses were great. Pillows in primary could have been better. We loved this place and would return if the same owner was there paying this much attention to renters. We thought food at Pelican Nest, bar and ice cream was overpriced. The rules surrounding when temporary members could use what dining room was obscure and off putting. The fact that it was impossible to secure reservations at Fresh Fields restaurants made it even more annoying that we couldn't eat out.

We stayed in 2903 Atrium Villa and it was AMAZING! We had absolutely everything we could have possibly needed, the condo was fully stocked, the view was absolutely incredible and our family will most definitely book this condo again! The only recommendation I can make as far as the condo was concerned is that the pillows in both bedrooms need to be replaced and a vacuum should be accessible should guests need to use one. Other than that, the condo was spectacular!! As far as the island's amenities, we were quite disappointed. I have been coming to Seabrook for many years and was very shocked at the lack of food options for families. The numerous "member nights" that the Pelicans Nest closed was shocking especially during a holiday week, the other restaurants no longer allow guests to dine which leaves very few options.Other than that, our stay was incredible! 

The property was great. It exceeded our expectations. It was in great condition and well appointed. It was very relaxing on Seabrook. We would suggest no towel fees and opening the Island House to renters.

First experience with Seabrook Island and we absolutely thought the place the location was awesome. Definitely recommend this place .

Overall we had a wonderful time and enjoyed Atrium 2903.The new towel rule for the pool is ridiculous. I feel like we are being nickel and dimed to rent towels.
