Excellent Stay on Seabrook IslandWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully maintained property. The home was exceptionally clean, tastefully appointed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is ideal—peaceful, convenient, and very pet-friendly. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, and we look forward to returning on our next trip to Seabrook Island.

The place was nice. Pictures make the place look more open concept than it really is. The key pad on the door needs a little more explaining and the instructions need to be updated. Also tge check out instructions in the book are totally different from the ones in the email.

Huge house with plenty of room, fully stocked with essentials plus more. It was a beautiful stay.

Spending time with my sister, and my daughter who joined us for a few days, at the beach which is one of our favorite places. Seabrook Island is one of my favorite beaches on the East Coast. Even with the rain during our stay, including a King tide, none of the 3 of us were disappointed. Pelican Watch Villas is my favorite rental place at Seabrook, with Coastal Getaways my go to when looking for a rental. This Pelican Watch rental unit is the best one that I’ve stayed at since first renting at PW. It was beautifully decorated and clean. I look forward to a future time where I’m able to get away to Seabrook Island.
