Beautiful,clean, well stocked home in perfect location! We hope to return next year!

This home was ideal for our needs as we have both avid golfers and committed Beach bums. The space was clean, the kitchen well-stocked, and the living space perfect for a family of 6 (plus a friend). The location was fantastic, sitting adjacent to the boardwalk with easy access to both Beach and a nearby pool. Just a mile and a half away were two Seabrook courses, and Kiawah offered another 5 courses just 15 minutes away. We would definitely recommend this home and its management company, which provided timely and detailed information about the area and all its amenities.

Really liked the proximity to beach; being welcomed into tennis groups, meeting/walking with the dog beach group. Overall friendliness! Our rental was very nice; well-tended; kitchen stocked well. Only problem for us was the echo effect within the living area - high ceilings caused TV and music volume to bounce off walls and impede conversation. Probably not a problem for younger people but the frustration level was high for us. That the fireplace was not available for use. That was a draw for us as a winter rental.

Location of this home is perfect! Oceanfront with amazing views and a short walk to ocean on boardwalk. Kitchen was well stocked and home furnishings were nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

The property was comfortable and of course ideally situated at the end of the boardwalk. We LOVED it…and the house was full of light and a great view. It was easy to relax in. The bedding was comfortable and bathrooms were clean and updated. It isn’t fancy but ok and we would return for sure. The towels were nice for a rental but you should tell your renters to bring their own soap as what is provided had no appeal whatsoever. I appreciated that there were washing machine pods available and trash bags. There could be more kitchen towels added…there was just one available. Maybe add 3 . Also, the house could use some placemats …add 6 or 8. I looked but couldn’t find any. I like to cook and did a lot of cooking…and didn’t find I needed to add any basic kitchen stuff . Maybe a wine bottle opener that has a bigger grip than the little one that is there and hard to manage with my slightly arthritic hands. The refrigerator was spacious and the oven cooked to temperature. Dishwasher, washer, dryer all worked well also. My husband and I owned a beach house for 20 years and rented it also so I can appreciate all the issues a homeowner that rents has to face. We LOVED the house and it had a very comfortable feel and we look forward to renting for a month next year. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this fabulous beach house
