You all are top notch when it comes to rental companies and we travel frequently. 2888 Old Drake Drive was perfect in every detail and we will return. We really didn't have anything to change. Home was clean and comfortable and stocked nicely. If and when we purchase in Seabrook I would trust your team to manage the rental.

The house was great! We found it exceptionally clean and well equipped. If you plan to cook, this house is perfect as the kitchen is outstanding. We had a terrific time during our stay. One thing to be aware of: The Seabrook Island POA strictly enforces speed limits and the changes from 25 mph to 15 mph are not clearly marked. They run radar and seem to use the operation as a revenue enhancing opportunity.

This home was superbly equipped especially with regard to the kitchen. It was the best equipped kitchen of any rental property in which we have stayed. Everything was very clean and well organized upon our arrival. The three adult bikes and available children’s bikes were a special plus that we enjoyed. Advice to the owners: childproof the electrical outlets. Advice to renters going to Seabrook Island: plan on a 45-60min car lineup at the entrance gate to obtain your car pass to the island.

This home exceeded our expectations! We felt as though we were staying in a friends home rather than a rental. Spacious and comfy living areas for our large family. We spent lots of time on the screened in porch with my favorite spot being the swing. Beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen was beautifully appointed. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this rates as my favorite on Seabrook Island thus far. Highly recommend.

Very nice house. Clean and comfortable. House is very well maintained and nicely decorated. Plenty of room for 3 teenagers and parents. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds are memory foam and comfy. Would stay here again. Management company was responsive and easy to work with.
