This property is updated and beautiful. Everything needed is at the ready. The views are serene in a gorgeous setting on Seabrook, steps from the beach. We are already planning our next visit.

Seabrook Island was amazingly quaint and beautiful. I love all the rules and no commercial restaurants and stores on the island. All the people on the beach and condo community were very polite and respectful to others. It was truly a magical place to be. Thank you!

Hello, we recently stayed at 1336 Pelican Watch and have to say it is probably the best rental property that we have ever contracted. It was superior in every way. It was beautifully decorated, had “like new“ appliances, modern bathrooms, was fully supplied and was spotlessly clean. The deck had comfortable furniture and an umbrella. Kudos to the owners/property manager/rental company. We look forward to renting this unit again!

Great condo right on the beach. Clean, updated and beautiful views. Note that there is no indoor dining table if you are looking to have sit-down meals inside.

I loved being on the beach--reading, walking, napping--with my mom and sisters. Sitting on the back porch at the hightop table any time of day was another favorite. So peaceful! The villa was beautiful. Very updated in every way, in every room. Loved the open layout and the master bath shower. I have stayed at other units at Pelican Watch, but not on the second floor. The view was spectacular, and the unit was spacious, clean, and perfect for my mom and me. (My sisters rented another unit at Pelican Watch.) We hosted breakfast each morning; the huge island and kitchen were perfect for that morning meal together as we planned our day.Two things we wish we had in the unit: 1. We recommend a small table with 4 chairs maybe placed in the alcove of windows in the den area for card or game playing, even puzzle working. We had to go to my sisters' villa to play cards at night because we literally did not have a table in this unit. 2. We highly recommend a few lamps, i.e. floor lamps in the den, a desk lamp on the desk--something of course in keeping with the beautiful decor. But we had no place to read at night unless we turned on the overhead lights, which aren't very warm and cozy when you want to curl up with a book. We really enjoyed this unit and another wonderful mini-vacation at Seabrook. It has been a favorite of mine for years. I will rent this unit again and maybe others, definitely from Coastal Getaways.
