It was clean and very smartly appointed. Sunset views from the balcony were amazing. Having a full second bath in a one bedroom unit was an unexpected plus. This was my first trip to Seabrook and I did not understand the “beach” access was to the river, not the ocean. This was a disappointment. It was also disappointing that I could not access the beach from the Ocean Club. I would probably choose another location with easier ocean access if I choose to return, but it would be hard to pass up a chance to stay in this beautiful unit.

Beautiful condo.

We thought this villa was very nice. The view from the villa, the furnishings and updates were all wonderful. The bed and living room furniture were very comfortable. The villa was very clean and we enjoyed the light and airy decor.

Beautiful condo. Our only comment is that the furniture on the outdoor deck is not user friendly. The high chairs are not comfortable. A lower table and some comfortable chairs would be a welcome addition. Aldo an umbrella.

Fell in love with Seabrook! The community was quiet, safe and just so pretty. The Beach Club pool and restaurants were great, we wish we had more days just to lounge by the water. The condo had an amazing view, easy access to walk on the beach and the most comfortable bed. So much to do nearby at The Freshfields Village, shopping and restaurants and grocery all in one place. I would highly recommend this rental, you wont be disappointed!

Perfect spot on the beach. Beautiful sunset. Plenty of wildlife. Amazing golfing. Spectacular renovation. We will be back next year.
