As an FYI, this was our best ever experience with a vacation rental. Your team at Coastal Getaways of S.C. is very responsive and your focus on customer service is very apparent. The Xplorie program is also a very nice perk. Thanks and we will definitely be using your service for future vacations. The property was very well maintained and nice layout. An ice maker in the refrigerator would be a nice addition. The island is residential and great for families.

507 Tarpon Pond Cottage was absolutely incredible. Everything was extremely clean & organized. The kitchen was fully stocked for anything needed. Perfect location on the island being right on the golf course, as well as easy bike ride to the beach, beach club & golf club! Spacious bedrooms filled with natural light & well kept furniture. We can't wait to get back to Seabrook Island & 507 Tarpon Pond Cottage.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable at 507 Tarpon Pond. We really enjoyed proximity to beach and pool.

We enjoyed our stay in your rental. We have been renting at Seabrook every Spring for about 18 years. We love the island and it’s closeness to Charleston proper. As for our stay this year, the house was clean, appropriately appointed and gave us a few extras others didn’t. It provided a lot of area information, 2 bikes (which we appreciate), and discounts on local activities … (although it wasn’t really free because no one really does anything alone and so you spend money- but that’s the idea). Overall this rental was great. One comment might be that the kitchen was a bit sparse on supplies and more towels would be nice. The couches need upgrading. But overall it was good. We used Donny Boy Charters and Captain Brad was awesome.

Our family has vacationed at Seabrook Island every Spring Break since my daughter was born… she is 18 now. This house on the island is on par with other Tarpon Pond cottages. We enjoy staying in a house with a sunroom since it’s still cool often . This house had a lovely one on the gulf course. We enjoyed the bikes provided by the owners and rented two from Seaside Cycles (saving the cost of one from the deal from the property manager). We loved Captain Brad from Sonny Boys Charters. He was friendly and helpful with fishing the waterway. We never leave Seabrook ever wanting to go. We will be back to enjoy the white beaches, knarly oak trees and …oh… the delightful aromas of Seabrook’s natural environment!
