Our family visits Seabrook annually and has always enjoyed staying at the Atrium Villas. The proximity to the beach club is great.

This was a nice condo for our family and dog. Great patio. Walking distance to golf, beach and pool. Would recommend highly. Nicely appointed could use updating in kitchen and bath but nice enough. Washer and dryer in good condition.

Clean, nice, kitchen could use a bit more pots and storage containers for food. Mattresses and bedding could use an upgrade as well.We loved the proximity to the beach and golf.  I would have shower mats for the floors of the showers. They are very slick when wet. We loved the proximity to to the beach and golf. Excellent communication from Coastal Getaways!

Easy walk over to beach club and golf course.

We had a great week, with several cold days, but a few very nice days. The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. It was a little smaller than we expected, and did not have a table to eat at. Due to the cold we could not use the table on the porch. Also due to the cold, would be nice to have blankets. Other than that it was great and we enjoyed our week. The lock box was broken, but Nancy was great bringing us another key within 5 minutes. The reason for our visit was to learn about the island as we are considering retiring there. We were impressed with the amenities, and when the weather was nice it seemed to be an active community. We played golf, tennis and walked the beach. We went to the Friday Happy Hour, which was great.
