We loved staying at 2923 Atrium Villa. We spent a lot of time on the porch eating meals, drinking wine and watching the ocean. We loved the fact the Amenity card was included with our rental. We enjoyed the club pool area and being able to walk to restaurants. The villa was clean. Beds slept well. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The hair dryer in the bath with queen beds did not work however we brought our own hair dryers. Would stay at this villa again. We were very pleased.

Not sure why there has to be a differentiation between a member and a guest when the owner is a member. The guests have to pay for things like pool towels, inside pool, gym and can’t use the Pelican Nest restaurant on certain days.

This property was fabulous! Location, location, location! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and LOVED the Beach Club! We will be back!
