We really enjoyed this house. It is nicely updated and well equipped. It is also very near the beach. The owner responded to questions very promptly as well.

Beautiful townhouse conveniently located to all of the amazing facilities Seabrook Village has to offer. Plenty of space, well appointed and nicely decorated. Owner was super helpful and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you again!

We rented this property for July 4th week (2020). When we arrived, we could not get into the home because the door code had been changed, and no one let us know. I was able to get in touch with the property manager, who was easily accessible, and she gave me the new code. The property was clean, updated, nicely decorated, has a well equipped kitchen, is roomy, and convenient walking distance to the beach, and beach club. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. People were definitely social distancing on the beach, and the Club's restaurants were open, as were the majority in Freshfields.

Great villa and great location near the club pool and beach. The owner and managers were super helpful when we were not able to find toilet paper and paper towels in the grocery stores because of COVID. They dropped off a few rescue items. I do recommend bringing your own paper goods and extras during these COVID times.
