We really enjoyed our brief stay at 721 Spinnaker. It may be the nicest unit we've stayed in through the years. The convenience to the pool and beach are our favorite things about the property. We're looking forward to the new pool area next summer. The view from our window was great too as we were able to see all kinds of wildlife. Our boys enjoyed going out late evening and having putting contests on the putting greens. The refrigerator took a long time to get cold. We didn't load it up too heavy since we weren't staying an entire week. Once it cooled down Sunday afternoon, it did great.

We loved our time at 721 Spinnaker. They did a great job with the remodel. It has a great feel to it, the location is awesome, and it was just the right amount of space. The furniture and layout was awesome, the electronics are great and we loved being there overall. We would definitely stay here again, but there are a few little quirks we would probably like addressed before doing so: -Blackout curtains in the master. Currently, the curtains are essentially white sheers. The sun is so bright in the morning and the lamplights make it feel like daylight at night. This is a must! -An umbrella on the back deck. The view is awesome, but the sun makes it too hot/bright to sit out there. After 8am the sun is over the tree and it’s unusable. A shame because it’s so nice out there! -it wasn’t as clean as it probably should be. Dust bunnies under the upstairs beds etc -There is a BIG leak in the ceiling, coming in from the upstairs patio -There is a pipe that regularly drains down into the carport. Makes it really buggy and always wet. Again, we had an awesome time and really did a ton of great stuff. Crabbing, parade, fishing, beach, both pools, 4th of July fireworks more! Just a few modifications/suggestions Thanks, we had a blast!

We loved the location of the condo and the updating that the owners have done. The setup was nice with room for kids upstairs. We liked the updated bathrooms and the furniture was comfortable. We will be back! The only negative was having to kill a few roaches on the last two days of our stay. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it was a little surprising as everything else had been top notch. Just a note for pest control company to keep up the regular service.

We so enjoyed our stay this past weekend. The house is just beautiful and so convenient to everything. This property is so well done - Wonderful furniture and stocked very well with basic necessities. Really enjoyed our time at the beach and pool areas as well as relaxing in this beautiful house.

We had the best long weekend at this house! We had two babies with us, and it was so easy to get to the pool and the beach with strollers and gear in tow. Home has been totally renovated and the furnishings are just beautiful. Stunning view of the golf course and large double decks on the top floor! Loved it.
