We love the island and all that it offers always great properties and a great rental experience. The property was clean and close to all venues and beach boardwalks. Nancy, it is always a pleasure doing business with you and your staff you are all GREAT. We have told a lot of our friends to rent through you and love the area as well.

We have visited Seabrook a number of times, each time staying in a slightly different part of the Island, but always thinking nearer the beach is best. WRONG! This lovely holiday home is so well located as both the beach and town are equi-distant! Who knew we'd love that! Tennis Courts are right there! PLUS the Community Pool is barely used by anyone else, and so it's much like having your own private pool. LOVED IT! Looking forward to staying here every visit.

Having been to Seabrook more than 15 times over the last 5 years, this is by far the best property we have stayed at. We have stayed on the beach and in Seabrook Village previously, but nothing compares to this property. It's interior is brand new. It has 3 patios with one overlooking the lake. Nothing like sitting enjoying a glass of wine while listening to and experiencing the abundant wild-life. There are 2 master bedrooms, with one being handicap accessible. In fact, there is a chair-lift from the ground parking level up to one of the master bedrooms. 3 pools are within 200 yards and the gym within 250 yards. Bohicket Marina and Freshfield Village are a short bike-ride away. Simply - nothing compares. We will be back to 2271 Seabrook Island Road!
