Beautiful property perfectly located to enjoy the beach and amenities of seabrook island.

We loved Seabrook Island. It is beautiful. We loved , loved, loved the house. It was beautifully decorated and updated . We loved the 2 really big bathrooms . We didn’t like it that the island didn’t have designated biking and walking lanes. It was hard to drive even going the slow slows limit sharing the road . At night, we saw many bikers , skateboarders, etc. going in the middle of the road with cars. One other suggestion would be to add a mini store by the pool area which provided things like milk, eggs, beer, etc.. It took a long time to get to Harris Teeter for a small amount of basic items. Other than that, we loved the place and want to return.

So enjoyed Seabrook and being with our family, staying in a beautiful home with great beach access, Seabrook’s amazing wildlife and natural beauty. Our favorite part of our property was the easy, close access to the beach- second favorite was the screened porches!!! The house was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. I would recommend a second refrigerator- even if in the garage. If you have the number of people the house sleeps, the kitchen fridge is not large enough. We came with groceries for 8 people and couldn’t fit everything in the fridge. Your staff was great- this is the second time we’ve rented from you all and it is always a great experience. We are already hoping to come back before the winter season.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely beach home! Plenty of space for 2 families to spread out. The 2 screened porches were our favorite place to relax and enjoy each other’s company. It was clean and well appointed with all of the necessary items. It is a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood was very kid friendly. We definitely hope to stay there again!

We go to Seabrook Island every March to escape Maryland’s winter “blahs”. We especially look forward to swimming at the Lake House indoor pool, bike riding, and beach walking. I take photos of the island’s wild life: my grandchildren particularly like pics of the alligators, while I enjoy capturing the many bird species in flight. The house we rented this year was among the best in our fourteen years of coming down here. It was clean, beautifully decorated, well outfitted, and close to the beach. Who could ask for more! At first we had some trouble with the television. Joe from “Property Owner Services” was terrific. He came over the first day and had Direct TV in the next morning. From beginning to end, it was a wonderful experience. Even the coronavirus couldn’t prevent us from having fun with our friends, bike riding, and hanging out at the beach (everyone was very mindful of social distancing). We really appreciated the owner’s sharing their house with us, and Coastal Getaways for the manner in which you arranged the visit, and your quick response when I had questions.
