Loved the screened in porch! Had all of our meals out there:) Freshly painted and nice beach decor. Very clean. Would recommend!

This is our third time staying at this cottage and once again it was a perfect stay! We absolutely love Seabrook Island; it is so picturesque, private and a great location for day trips to Charleston and Savannah. The cottage is clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable for our family. The kitchen is well-equipped and we have used the provided grill several times. We especially LOVE the covered back porch and we spend all of our meals here. The location of the cottage is perfect, nestled in the trees for privacy, but close enough to the pools and beach where we spend our days. We utilized a rental company for a crib and high chair for our 2-year-old; both were completely set up before our stay in coordination with the property management company. The owners provided a beach cart and sand toys which were great for us to be able to use when traveling to the beach with our toddler. We cannot wait to return and already have a return trip planned for September!

The cottage was perfectly located and spacious enough for a family of five. We enjoyed the bikes(though there were only two, so we did rent additional bikes), the sunroom and outdoor space which was shaded was nice. We appreciated that the home was dog friendly. We enjoyed the location. It was a quick bike ride or drive to the beach, which was quiet and very family friendly.. Extra batteries for the remotes, possibly a screw driver- one of the bike chains fell off and it could have been easily fixed, had we had a screwdriver.. We really enjoyed Seabrook Island and look forward to visiting in the future. Thank you! The pool & cafe, bike parking were definitely pros .There weren’t really any cons, but perhaps more activities such as the s’more night/Tie days and/or themed nights at the pool could be added. We have enjoyed those activities at other resorts, even if there is a small fee involved.

The mattresses were not very comfortable. The master bedroom needs to be changed out as well as the twin beds downstairs the owners need to put a bicycle tire pump somewhere in the house. Also it would be nice if the owners would put out some kind of and sign for what to do with the trash on what days

This clean cottage was well-suited to our family's needs and we enjoyed our stay here. While the kitchen was small and the cause of several 'traffic jams', it was fully functional and had everything we needed to dine-in (a necessary vacation modification due to Covid). We enjoyed sharing meals around the big dining table and numerous stools--everyone could eat together (this is often not the case with rental homes). The kids enjoyed the smart TV (although us adults could never figure out how to watch a local station for weather updates, etc!) The use of the beach bikes was most appreciated--we used them for getting around and even going out to Freshfields for some provisions. And we really liked the seaside and starfish themed decor. Lastly, the screened porch in back was a lovely place to relax.

Great location only 5 minute bike ride from beach. Extra nice screened porch surrounded by palmetto trees. Would definitely rent again. Property management was exceptionally good and very responsive The one time we needed help.
