Great beds, comfy furniture, nicely decorated!

Property was very clean and super well decorated! All appliances are first rate, and kitchen space works very well.

Well furnished and all in good condition. We had great weather and the beach club and beach were a joy. Marvelously uncrowded. Guess it is good to rent before Memorial Day. Friendly folks, owners and visitors alike. All in all, a lot of fun.

We had a great month, exceptional weather. Our Spinnaker Beach House was very easy to make home on for a month and proximity to the beach was wonderful. People and surrounding pets were very kind and dogs well behaved. Lots of renovations are happening so we did have plenty of trucks and workmen but would surely go back.

Our family loved the spaciousness, location and modern updates of this villa. The dining room table was large and spacious, there was plenty of seating in the living room, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well decorated. We were thrilled with the location - just across the street from the beach. I highly recommend this unit!

The unit was fabulous. This was our first stay in the area and we both loved it.
