The house was clean, spacious and attractively decorated. It is located near a walkway to the beach and to the Lake House pool. There was a minor infestation of ants in one room, but the management company was very responsive and I’m sure that will not be a problem going forward. We would return.

We had a great stay on Seabrook Island. The weather was beautiful and the accommodations were exactly what we needed for our family. The house was great and we loved the floorplan. The living area was so nice and open with the high ceilings and windows. We enjoyed a lot of time on the screen porch and had meals there on many nights. The view was very relaxing over the trees to the water and the property was so nice and quiet. We loved walking to the beach and enjoyed the wide beaches in the North Beach area. We enjoyed the outdoor pool (although a bit chilly for the adults in April) at the Lake House and the playground. The zero entry toddler area with spray ground on the pool was perfect for my 3 year old that is afraid to enter any pool via stairs. Biking on the island was very fun and I would recommend renting bikes to everyone. We even biked down to the other end of the island to watch the beautiful sunset. I do wish the island had more dedicated bike paths instead of mostly road biking, but people generally drive slow. The grocery store and restaurants nearby at Freshfields were great and we stopped at Costco on the way in as suggested in your arrival email. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great property for a family vacation! The beach is wide and beautiful. The house is well equipped with a very nice porch for enjoying the view. We loved the Lake House pool and playground. Renting bikes and biking around the island is a must.

Our stay these 5 days at 2240 Rolling Dunes was really very wonderful. The property was nicely appointed, comfortable with convenient location to the beach and quite peaceful. The views were great. We enjoyed our very chilly bike ride and walks on the beach between rain drops. We just needed a change of scenery from our home in Boone with all of the ice, cold and snow we have had since Christmas. Lisa was very helpful making the reservation and very prompt with the reservation information. 5 stars. Thank you!

We loved the location of 2240 Rolling Dune. So close to the boardwalk, with wonderful views of the ocean in the distance. The wooded area off the deck was peaceful and filled with wildlife. The deck and screened in porch have comfortable furniture, something many rentals lack. The kitchen was by far the best stocked I have ever seen. The Kitchen cabinets, and bathrooms have seen some wear and tear, but that is not important to us. Coastal Getaways was easy and responsive to deal with. The Xplorie pass was great for bike rentals through seaside cycles getting one bike for free with the purchase of 1. We will definitely be back.

The house was great for our stay with our 3 year old and close family. Perfect for 2 couples and up to 2 kids. Open layout with enough space. The outdoor screened in porch was amazing! Grill was great as well. Right on the boardwalk to the beach. We had a great time and would return to the same house.
