Can’t beat the location and lovely condo. It was fantastic to just walk across the street to the pool or beach. And just a short drive to the store or restaurants. Management team was great answering questions.

We rented this condo for a family vacation. We always go to the Gulf, so we decided to try Seabrook Island for something different. It did not disappoint. This unit is in the perfect location for beach access. It is one of the closest units to the walkover. The unit had everything you would need and more. It is set up perfectly for families and/or multiple couples and families. It has a huge covered patio that my teens loved. It is an easy drive to Charleston and it is really close to the famous Angel Oak tree, which is a must see. Nancy and her team are great to work with. They are highly recommended!!

I loved how diverse the island was: marsh on one side and the ocean on the other. I also liked that it was a safe environment. I took advantage of the free bike with our stay and my 15 year old daughter rode miles and miles and loved it. We did not take advantage of the amenities except for the free bike rental. The condo was great. We loved the huge patio and double beds on both bedrooms. It was perfect for my family. We didn’t realize that Harris Teeter offered breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Luckily we had a couple of hours before check in and found out while getting groceries. That was very helpful, especially at breakfast. My husband is a huge breakfast person. I couldn’t find the Osprey Cafe anywhere on a map for breakfast, so it worked out really good.

Had such a grand time in this gorgeous water front condo!! It felt so homey, was very clean and decorated beautifully!! The beds were extra comfy and the ocean view was the best I've seen on the island so far!! I.wouls definitely recommend this condo and the management company to others. The management company was so kind and responsive and I just appreciated their special touches and professionalism!! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

We stayed in 2935 Atrium Villas. We absolutely loved Seabrook Island, the beautiful outdoor pool by the Pelicans Nest and easy access to the beach from Atrium Villas, in addition to the proximity to Freshfields Village. We appreciate that the unit had laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and trash bags so we didn’t have to buy additional during our stay. Not sure if it was just that we were there end of the season or that its a private community, but we loved how uncrowded Seabrook was. We do plan to return to stay at the Atrium Villas, but in a top floor unit. Typically when we’ve rented beach condos, they’ve come with beach chairs we could use during our stay, which would have been appreciated so we didn’t have to drag our own or pay extra rent them.

We love Seabrook Island. We have vacationed here many times. Atrium Villas is a perfect location for seniors with elevator, across from the pool and constant view of the ocean.
